Down Miller 2004

As I'm sure you're all aware, and are no doubt as excited as I am, the 8th
(or 108th if the legends of old are to be believed) Down-Miller is almost
upon us.  Yes, it's now only 10 days and 1 hour till the kick off;  the
t-shirts are being printed, the pubs are hiring extra staff, and the
breweries are working overtime.

One more detail needs to be finalised though, and that's who will be coming up on the Friday night or the Saturday morning.
The Friday Night Warm Up, traditionally involves a few beers (not too many
or too little) followed by a nice curry in the Chalfont location, and this
year will be no different.  The advantages are:

• That it's usually a good laugh
• It means you don't have to wake up early Saturday morning to get to
  Chalfont for the 11am start (assuming you stay somewhere local that night)
• It really gets the excitement building for the next day, and
• It helps you to prepare in the proper fashion (you don't want to risk
  going out in Central London and accidentally having 9 pints as has been
  done before). 

People will be heading back to the Chalfont area after work on the Friday night, so if this sounds like a good idea to you, let me know and I'll book places at the curry house accordingly.
